Here at Abacus Builders, we truly believe in the welfare of others. We are dedicated to doing whatever we can to benefit others and the community we live in.
In April we made a donation to the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Boston Marathon Fund in support of Sheila McLaughlin. The funds will help essential programs at BWH.
In May we made a contribution to Julie’s Family Learning Program. This is an initiative created by Sister Louise Kearns, SND, and Sister Jean Sullivan, SND. Julie’s is a family support program that provides services to aid poor, at-risk mothers and their children by giving them care and education.
Also in May, we supported ONEin3’s program called Boston Shines. This is a program that encourages young adults to volunteer and clean up parks around Boston. We plan on doing more volunteer work to help clean up the city.
Our most recent community contribution is to the South Boston Boys and Girls Club for the Mary Binda Memorial Harbor Cruise. These proceeds will help benefit the summer programs for the South Boston Boys and Girls Club.
