Catrina is our Office, Website and Marketing Manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and content flow of the website as well as building the internet presence of the company across various platforms.

In addition to maintaining our customer databases, assists with new customer intake, photographing new projects and promoting Abacus Builders.

She is head of accounting for Abacus Builders and our LLC sister companies on our Ground Up New Construction projects. This entails managing the general ledger and all financial transactions, oversee the accounts payables and receivables process, and maintain updated and accurate financial records, job costing, project budget tracking, tax reports, balance sheets, annual budgets, and financial statements.

Ger oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion. He is offsite to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. He coordinates and directs construction workers and subcontractors. Another duty of his is to select tools, materials and equipment, and track inventory. He reviews the work progress on a daily basis then plans ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. He also Obtains permits and licenses. Overall – Ensures quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
