With more than 15 years at Abacus Builders, Gerald has grown through every stage of the company — from carpentry assistant to lead carpenter, and now Field Project Manager. His hands-on experience and deep knowledge of every aspect of construction make him an invaluable leader on site.
Gerald has overseen some of Abacus’s most complex ground-up developments and full gut renovations, ensuring that each project meets the company’s high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and precision. He also plays a key role in navigating ISD permitting and coordination, guiding projects smoothly from planning through completion.
Known for his exceptional communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients alike, Gerald sets the tone for teamwork and accountability on every job site. Originally from Ireland, he brings both skill and heart to his work — and at home, he’s a proud father of three boys with his wife, Victoria.
