Before joining Abacus Builders, Paul served in executive roles at several renowned Massachusetts firms, where he directed preconstruction, sales and estimating, and design services while overseeing large-scale projects across New England/Boston, New York, and Nationally.
His deep background in budgeting, permitting, and cross-functional team leadership allows him to guide complex projects from concept to completion with precision and efficiency. A recipient of multiple industry honors — including two LEED Platinum project recognitions — Paul’s reputation for professionalism and strategic insight makes him an integral part of Abacus’s leadership team.
