A Unique Design Challenge

Custom Rear Metal Staircase:

• • A custom-fabricated metal staircase, designed much like a fire escape, was installed along the side of the building.
  • The staircase allowed direct access from the unit to the roof without interfering with other tenants’ spaces.

Window-to-Door Conversion:

• • An existing window was skillfully converted into a functional doorway, seamlessly blending with the building’s architecture.
  • This modification ensured that the new access point complemented both the interior and exterior design of the home.
