Scope of Work

This complete renovation included:

• Eight new footings, rebuilt stair systems, and new ledger integration with the home

• Installation of TimberTech® Vintage Collection – English Walnut decking using hidden fasteners for a seamless look

• Cable railing system with sleek stainless components to preserve the ocean views

• White PVC-wrapped trim and posts for a clean coastal aesthetic

• Integration of a Trex® RainEscape system, keeping the lower level dry and functional even in harsh New England weather
