Project Spotlight: Transforming a Historic 3-Unit Building into a Modern 5-Unit Luxury Condo Development in South Boston

We’re excited to showcase one of our latest home renovation projects in Boston that required an alteration permit and extensive community and civic outreach. This project was all about transforming a small, existing 3-unit building into a larger, more modern 5-unit complex, complete with modern luxury finishes that cater to today’s discerning condo market in South Boston.

Key features of this renovation include the addition of 6 off-street parking spots, along with ancillary parking made available for neighboring residents through a U Permit. We’ve also incorporated fire suppression systems, ADA lift options, and easy access for added safety and convenience.

Our design includes roof decks and rear decks, offering residents a blend of outdoor living and stunning city views, which is highly sought after in Boston home renovations. The units range from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet, featuring bi-level living to suit diverse market preferences and enhance the overall marketability of these condos.

As part of our commitment to community enhancement, we added perimeter fences for neighboring properties and made repairs to adjacent areas as a token of appreciation to our amazing direct abutters. Their support was instrumental in making this Boston renovation project a reality.
